Photography - Wendy Brabner
I started taking photographs as a teenager. I never had any formal training, and I liked it that way. I knew I’d be a fool in the darkroom. I was also very impatient. I just wanted to let the magic happen. I didn’t want to think. A cardboard drugstore camera was fine with me. Digital cameras made it even easier to point and shoot—even though “shooting” was never my style. Open it up and let it in.
